Getting started with the transmitter

In the operating instructions, the numbers in the text always refer to the figure opposite or the figures within
the section. Cross references to other figures are indicated with the respective figure number.
a) Inserting the batteries
For the power supply of the transmitter, you will need 6 Mignon batteries (e.g. Conrad Item No. 652506, please order
6 x).

Important:

Use only standard batteries (1.5 V/cell) and not rechargeable batteries (1.2 V) as the power supply of the
transmitter.
Proceed as follows to insert the batteries:
The battery compartment lid (1) is located on the rear
side of the transmitter. Please press the corrugated sur-
face (2) and push the lid off downward.
Now insert 6 batteries into the battery compartment.
Ensure the correct polarity of each of the cells. A corres-
ponding note (3) is located on the bottom of the battery
compartment.
Slide the cover of the battery compartment back on and
let it snap into place.
The transmitter has a storage compartment with cover plate (see Fig. 2, Pos. 4), but it is not needed in
connection with the quadrocopter „Cyclone Multi".
