Troubleshooting

Even though the model and the remote control system were built to the latest available technology, there can still be
malfunctions or faults. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to correct any problems
which may occur.
Problem
Transmitter doesn't respond.
The transmitter turns off straight
away of after a short while.
The model does not react; the
LEDs in the quadrocopter flash
slowly.
Propellers do not start.
The quadrocopter tilts to the side
on start-up.
The quadrocopter has too low a
performance or too short of flight
times.
The quadrocopter always flies in
one direction.
Camera does not function

Remedy
• Check the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check polarity of batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the on/off switch.
• Check the transmitter's battery indicator.
• Check or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the function of the remote control transmitter
• Redo the turn-on procedure of the quadrocopter and in so doing make
sure that the joystick for the pitch function has been moved all the way
forward and then all the way back.
• The pitch trimming is not in the centre position.
• Check the charge state of the flight battery.
• Use another flight battery for testing purposes.
• The pitch trimming is set too far upwards.
• Redo the turn-on procedure of the quadrocopter and do not move the mo-
del while doing so.
• Check the drive motors' ease of movement.
• Check the charge state of the flight battery.
• Replace the flight battery.
• Adjust the trimming on the transmitter.
• Unfavourable flight conditions (wind or draughts)
• Check whether the plug of the camera connection cable is still correctly
connected to the slot.
• Check whether you have pushed in the memory card correctly.
