2. Package contents

Your measuring device is supplied with the following components
• Measuring device including cap nuts
• 10 measuring spikes, length 20 mm, ø 1.5 mm
• Electrode protector
• Battery
• T500 operating manual
• Wood type directory

3. Intended use

This measuring device serves to determine the moisture content of
materials or wood in accordance with the resistance method by
means of coupling the measuring spikes to the material to be
measured.
Areas of application are the recording of the moisture content of tim-
ber and firewood. The measuring device can additionally be used
to record the moisture content of soft building materials such as gyp-
sum or plaster.
This measuring device is not suitable for the long-term measure-
ment of the moisture content of materials or wood.
