9. ADJUSTING USER PROFILES INDIvIDUALLY
P1 MANUAL program
The manual program allows you to start your workout in a fast and easy manner.
•
Press + or – to select P1. Confirm with SETZEN.
•
You may then adjust the time, distance, calories and target pulse rate. To set the
respective value, press the + or – button and confirm with SETZEN.
•
Press the START/STOPP button to start exercising.
•
All counters start recording.
•
The value set by you will then start counting down. If you have adjusted more than
one value, the countdown will finish once one of the values reaches 0. A signal
sound indicates the end of the countdown.
•
Press + or – during exercise, in order to adjust the pedal resistance.
•
Press START / STOPP again to pause or to stop the workout.
Then use the + or – button to select whether or not to save the workout data, and
•
confirm with SETZEN.
P2 TEST program
The test program incorporates a fixed workout program and therefore provides you with
a comparable overview of your fitness level.
•
Press + or – to select P2. Confirm with SETZEN.
•
Press START / STOPP to start the test program.
•
Grab both pulse sensors tightly with both hands during the full duration of the
workout.
•
The test program lasts for 12 minutes and analyzes your fitness level. The pedal
resistance is fixed with level 8 and cannot be adjusted.
•
After 12 minutes, a signal sound will indicate the end of the test program.
Then use the + or – button to select whether or not to save the workout data, and
•
confirm with SETZEN.
P3 WATT program
This workout program features a non-varying power setting that requires you to work
with the same power setting for any resistance level.
•
Press + or – to select P3. Confirm with SETZEN.
•
Select the desired power setting (10 to 500 watt) pressing + or –. Confirm with
SETZEN.
Press the START/STOPP button to start exercising.

All counters start recording.
•
Training in this mode is speed-independent. The pedal resistance will be adjusted to
the pedal cadence and speed.
Press START / STOPP again to pause or to stop the workout.

Then use the + or – button to select whether or not to save the workout data, and
confirm with SETZEN.

Note: The countdown function is available in this mode.
