7. COMPUTER SETTINGS

• Press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to configure the
clock, date, personal, sound, default, or lighting settings.
Setting clock and date
• RTC Setzen starts flashing in the display.
• Press SETZEN to select the day setting. Select the day using + or –. Confirm with
SETZEN.
• The month setting starts flashing. Select the month using + or –. Confirm with
SETZEN.
• Repeat the same procedure for setting the year, hours, minutes and seconds.
Always confirm with SETZEN.
• After you have finished all settings, RTC Setzen will start flashing.
Personal settings
• Press the + button. Spezial Daten starts flashing.
• Adjust the settings for height, weight, age and gender as described in chapter
Uhrzeit und Datum einstellen. Always confirm with SETZEN.
• Note: These settings are only available if you have chosen one of the profiles B1 to
B4.
Setting the sound
Press the + button. Ton Setzen starts flashing.

• Press SETZEN and use the + or – buttons to mute or turn on the sound. Confirm
with SETZEN.
Default settings
• Press the + button. Anfang Setzen starts flashing.
• Press SETZEN and use the + or – button to confirm reset to default settings.
Confirm with SETZEN.
Note: All data stored in the computer will be erased.

Lighting settings
• Press the + button. B-Licht Setzen starts flashing.
• Press SETZEN and use the + or – button to turn the display lighting on or off. Press
SETZEN to confirm.
• Briefly press ZURÜCKSTELLEN to return to normal display mode.
