4) MOUNTING THE LIFT FRAME TO THE MOUNTING
PLATES & CHASSIS
Slide the frame of the HTL under the vehicle chassis, and
lift it progressively. [See Fig. 4.1]
In the meantime, guide and align the frame so that the 3 x
M16 holes in the side plate of the lift frame coincide with
the 3 x M16 holes in the lower part of the mounting plates.
[See Fig. 4.2]
Fit the lift frame to the mounting plates by
means of the 6 x M16 bolts supplied with the lift
(bolt pointing outside), and fasten the fitting
bolts to the required torque (detail in annex).

When all bolts are securely fastened to the required
torque, drop the forks or arms of the fork lift or wheeled
mounting jack, and remove the latter from the fitting
scene. The frame of the HTL should now be correctly fit-
ted in its definitive position. [See Fig. 4.4]
