Adjustment of the resistance:
The Total Trainer is designed to provide you with resistance during your training by adjusting the height of the stabiliser
(1 high position and 1 low position) and by using 1 or 2 ropes.
The following table gives a rapid approximation for determining the resistance on the basis of your weight, the height
selected for the stabiliser, and the number of ropes.

MAINTENANCE
- STRIALE exercise machines need little maintenance.
- Check regularly that screws and nuts are tight.
- Clean enamel parts with a wet sponge.
- Do not use this machine in a humid atmosphere (swimming pool, sauna etc.). Since sweat is corrosive, prevent it from
coming in contact with the enamel or chrome parts of the machine, particularly the computer. Wipe immediately after use.
