(hereafter referred to as "HaDi") provides a guarantee for this product
under the following prerequisites and the product warranty described
hereafter.
In case of defects, warranty claims do not affect the legal
warranty rights of the customer which emerge from the
purchase contract. The customer may exercise their legal
warranty rights free of charge. Furthermore, the war-
ranty also applies in spite of obligatory legal liability
provisions.
HaDi guarantees the fault-free function and completeness of this product.
The worldwide warranty is 3 years starting with the purchase of the
new, unused product by the customer.
