sition (Fig.9), open the valve on the new fluid
hose (red) (Fig.8), then open the workshop air
valve to add more new antifreeze to the ve-
hicle.
OPTION 3: EXCHANGE BY DISCONNECTING
HOSES
In case no exchange can be made by discon-
necting vehicle hoses, disconnect the upper
radiator hose and use the step adapters to
make an exchange.
1. Disconnect the upper radiator hose, select
the appropriate size hoses and adapter steps,
and connect them to the vehicle hoses. Con-
nect the old fluid hose (clear) to the radiator
side and connect the new fluid hose (red) to
the engine side; (Fig. 10).

2. On the panel turn the left valve "AIR FLOW"
to "Pressurize" position, right valve "TANK" to
"New" position (Fig.11), open the valves on both
hoses (Fig.12), and then open the workshop air
valve to start refrigerant exchange (during the
process, you can turn the left valve "AIR FLOW"
to "Vacuum" and the right valve "TANK" to
"Used" to eliminate air bubbles in the cooler
system);

3. The fluid level in the new tank decreases
and that in the used tank increases (for some
car models, if no used fluid comes out during
the process, reverse the hose connections:
connect the used fluid hose to the engine
side and the new fluid hose to the radiator
side). When the fluid flowing into the used
tank starts to become clear, turn all valves
to the OFF position to stop the exchange;
Remarks: You can shut off the shop air with
the
exchange
the remaining pressure in the new tank.
This will prevent antifreeze spray when remo-
ving the staggered adapters.
4. Restore hose connection to the vehicle.
5. Start the engine and check the antifreeze
level. If the antifreeze level drops, turn the left
"AIR FLOW" valve on the panel to the "Pressu-
rize" position, the right valve to the "New" po-
sition (Fig. 9), open the valve on the new (red)
fluid hose (Fig.8), then open the workshop air
valve to add more new antifreeze to the vehi-
cle through the vehicle overflow tank.
