The volumetric flow of the delivered gasoline is measured by the piston
meter, converted into a frequency-proportional clock signal by the
gasoline pump computer and switched to the frequency input of the
controller (Fig. 4: ).
In the controller this clock signal is processed as the actual value of
the volumetric flow of the gasoline.
