Iso-Racks (optional accessory)

With the Iso-Racks, a total of 24 microcentrifuge tubes can be placed on an exchangeable
thermoblock. This means that with the Mixer HC and the Iso-Rack, microcentrifuge tubes can be
handled on the lab bench at all the temperatures relevant for everyday lab use.
In addition, the tube holder serves as a working aid during the filling of microcentrifuge tubes
as well as the preparation, sorting, distribution, transporting, storing and freezing of samples in
microcentrifuge tubes
Iso-Rack
The Iso-Rack holds 24 microcentrifuge tubes (0.5 ml or 1.5/2.0 ml) for transfer of the tubes to
the exchangeable thermoblocks. The lockable and stackable snap-together Iso-Racks are also
particularly suited to the storage of microcenrifuge tubes in refrigerators or freezers. The Iso-
Racks can be autoclaved. The spacing of the tubes in the Iso-Rack is determined by the use of
multi-channel pipettes.
