The buyer will then receive detailed
information on how to process the
warranty claim, e.g., on where to
send the device free of charge and
which documents are required.
Claims under warranty may be
submitted only if the buyer can
(f)-
- Present a copy of invoice/ proof of
purchase and
- Send the original product to
EUROMEDICS or a customer service
agent designated by EUROMEDICS.
- This warranty explicitly excludes
products that have been used,
cleaned,
improperly
compliance with the instructions
for use, as weil as products that
have been unmounted, repaired
or modified by the buyer or by
a customer service agent not
authorized by EUROMEDICS;
