Step-by-step instructions for use
Preparing the skin for a session
Properly preparing the skin areas to be covered by the electrodes allows
for better stimulation of the targeted tissue, prolongs the lifespan of the
electrodes, and reduces the risk of skin irritations. First connect the wireless
units to the electrode pads and then proceed as follows to prepare the skin
areas where to attach the electrodes to:
1. Determine the areas where to position the electrodes.
2. Clean the area with a mild soap and water (do not use alcohol).
Thoroughly rinse and dry.
3. Use scissors to trim excessive body hair (do not shave).
4. Optionally apply a special skin preparation agent to the designated area
in order to coat the skin with a protective layer. Apply, let dry, and then
