Positioning of electrode pads for EMS mode
1. Connect the cables to the electrodes before attaching latter to the skin.
Use the bigger electrodes for EMS.
2. The illustrations show the correct positioning of pads for some of the
muscles.
3. Press the mode button to select EMS mode.

When stimulating the muscles of arms and legs, please
keep in mind that muscle contractions could cause
to prevent them from moving.
