● Commissioning the radio-controlled
weather station

Open the battery compartment 10 on the back of the radio-controlled weather
station by opening the battery compartment cover 11 .

Remove the spent batteries first (if applicable).

Insert two AA batteries into the battery compartment 10 . Observe the correct
polarity (+/-).
After insertion, the display lights up for approx. 5 seconds and a beep sounds
once. The indoor temperature 37 and the indoor air humidity 35 are
displayed.

Close the battery compartment 10 on the back of the radio-controlled weather
station by closing the battery compartment cover 11 .
● Automatic signal detection
The radio-controlled weather station automatically detects the radio signal of the
outdoor sensor. The radio waves of the channel display 42 flash. Air humidity 32
and temperature 29 are shown on the display 1 once the radio signal is
received. The procedure stops after three minutes.
Now, the DCF radio signal is detected. The radio signal display 44 starts to flash.
The waves of the radio signal display 44 start to flash once a radio signal is
received. Change the location of the radio-controlled weather station if the signal is
not detected.
Only the SNOOZE / LIGHT button 5 and the radio signal detection button 18
trigger functions during this time.
Note: The DCF radio signal detection can be interrupted or restarted at any time
by pressing the radio signal detection button 18 .
Once the DCF radio signal is successfully received, the time 43 is adjusted auto
matically and the radio signal display 44 is lit.
