blades on page 18 .
To adjust the tension of the drive belt
Note:
Adjust the tension of a new drive belt after you
use 1 or 2 fuel tanks.
1. Loosen the bar nuts 1 turn counterclockwise.
2. Turn the belt tensioner clockwise and examine with 1
finger the adjustment of the drive belt.
A correctly adjusted drive belt must have
approximately 5 mm of movement.

To replace the cutting
Starter housing
WARNING:
always use eye protection when you replace
the recoil spring or the starter rope. There is
tension in the recoil spring when it is wound
in the starter housing. The recoil spring can
eject and cause injury.
To remove the starter housing
1. Loosen the 4 screws on the starter housing.
2. Remove the starter housing.
To replace a damaged starter rope
1. Pull out the starter rope approximately 30 cm.
