ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay
them on the floo and check roughly that all are there
on the base of the assembly steps. Please note that
a number of parts are connected directly to the main
frame preassembled. In addition, there are several other
individual parts that have been attached to separate units.
This will makes assembly easier and quicker for you.
Assembly time: 30 - 40 min.
Component "A" is used for transport protection and is no
longer required after installation.
STEP 1
Attach the stabilizer (29+49).
1. Attach the front stabilizer (29) assembled with front caps
withtransportation roller (30) to main frame (39) by using
carriage bolts M8x45 (33),washers (32), spring washers (20)
and cap nuts (31).
2. Attach the rear stabilizer (49) assembled with height
adjustable caps (47) to main frame (39) by using bolts (42),
washers (32) and spring washers (20). (For uneven floor, you
can adjust the height atrear caps (47) and secure for stable
position)
STEP 2
Attach the pedals (70L+70R).
1. Attach the pedal straps (74L+74R) to the pedals (70L+70R).
(The pedal strap andpedals are marked with "L" for left and "R"
for right.)
2. The pedals (70L+70R) are marked with „R" for right and „L"
for left. NOTE: Right and Left are specified as viewed seated
on the machineduring training.Connect each pedal (70L+70R)
to the matching pedal crank (69L+69R). (NOTE: The right
pedal „R" should be threaded on clockwise. The leftpedal „L"
should be threaded on counter-clockwise.)
STEP 3
Attach the handlebar support (18) at main frame (39).
1. Push the rubber ring (65) and the support cover (66) onto
handlebarsupport (18).
2. Attach the handlebar support (18) to the holder at main
frame (39) and connect the plug of connection cable (22) to
control cable (23).
3. Insert the handlebar support (18) to main frame (39) and
secure by using bolts M8x20 (21), spring washers (20) and
curved washers (19). (Attention: Ensure that the cable loom
are not crunched or pinchedduring installation.)
4. Push the handlebar support cover (66) with rubber ring
(65) into right position to cover up the screw connection point.
