Error code
Cause
E062.1
No minimum pressure
reached after start-up/op-
eration of pump(s) in rain-
water mode (RWM) for a
certain time period
E062.2
No minimum pressure after
start-up/operation of the
main pump (MP) in drinking
water mode (TWM) for a
certain time period
E065
Optional sensor at cistern
backflow contact (X3:7&8)
has been triggered
E40.0
No contacting or incorrect
contacting
Short-circuit or wire break
(signal value outside the
4-20 mA range)
E40.1
Short-circuit or wire break
(signal value outside the
4-20 mA range)
Signal value above 20 mA
due to fact system pressure
is exceeded
E66.0
Sensor for overflow signals
a fill level in the replenish-
ment reservoir that is too
high
E66.1
Over flow on threshold
cistern (5.51) exceeded
E66.2
High water on threshold

If no minimum pressure is reached in the
specified period, the pump continues to
run, switches to the TWM for an adjustable
period and then back to the RWM. If the
pressure in the RWM rises above the min-
imum pressure within an adjustable period
of time, the system operates normally
again. If the pressure does not rise, the
system changes to the TWM and back
again max. five times per hour. During this
period, the pressure value flashes in the
main screen. An error is generated after
the pump has been switched off five
times.
Pump switches off, an error is generated.
Check that the suction line is not blocked
and that there is enough water in the re-
plenishment reservoir.
Pump switches off, an error is generated.
Check the rainwater storage tank for pos-
sible contamination and backflow.
Change to drinking water mode; an error is
generated.
Check polarity and contacting. Change to
automatic mode after rectifying and ac-
knowledging error.
Change to drinking water mode; an error is
generated.
Check current value; replace sensor if ne-
cessary.
Pump switches off, an error is generated.
Check current value.
Pump switches off.
The cause (pressure increase due to heat-
ing or impermissible inlet pressure) must
be recognised, the system pressure must
have dropped below the value of the per-
missible rated pressure ("5.17") and ac-
knowledged.
Forced switchover to drinking water mode
(TWM), an error is generated.
Check replenishment valve.
Only for information and as a counter in
the history.
Rainwater storage tank overflow is de-
sired.
Pump switches off, an error is generated,
switch to drinking water mode.
Check for possible contamination in the
rainwater storage tank.
The error must be consciously acknow-
ledged (from access level 2).
