Prior to installation of the incomplete machine, make sure there is enough room to connect the fridge and carry out the necessary
welds. The main features of the INCOMPLETE MACHINE can be found in Chapter 8 of this user's manual.
During handling be careful to avoid damaging the ends of the pipes.
Condensate drain connection
For connection of condensate drain of RCX models apply the same considerations and precautions as those of the RC range.
Wiring
The entire range is supplied with standard electronic EC fans (identified by the letter "B") and vane with special profile to combine
efficiency and lower consumption.
The RCX range features a specific position of the defrosting heaters in the finned pack. As shown in the diagram below, on this range
the heater is not inserted inside the tube bundle but is inserted into the holes between the tubes of the heat exchanger.

Recommended position
The position of the defrosting heaters in the drip tray is the same as for the RC range.
For RCX wiring are valid the same considerations and precautions as those of the RC range.
The technical data of the different RCX models is given in the table below:
9.3.10 Maintenance and Demolition of the incomplete machine for coolant R744
For maintenance and demolition of the INCOMPLETE MACHINE refer to the instructions in Chapter 5 – Maintenance and demolition,
as listed in the EN378-4 and as listed below:
disposal must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel.
All components of the equipment, e.g. working fluids, machine oil, tube adjustment (heat exchanger), fans must be disposed of
according to current regulations.
The working fluid used that is not intended to be reused should be handled as waste and disposed of safely. Should not be
released to the environment.
CO2 refrigerant must be transferred into a special container for refrigerants, following the effective safety measures. Such special
container must be suitable for the refrigerant CO2. It should be easily identifiable and bear the name of the coolant, e.g.
"Carbon Dioxide (CO2) - recovered".
Do not use a "disposable" container, because there is a chance that the residual refrigerant vapours in the container leak out
during disposal.
The working fluid container should not be overfilled. The maximum pressure allowed in the working fluid container must never
be exceeded during operation.
The working fluid cannot be poured into a container that contains another working fluid or an unidentified working fluid. This
other working fluid or the unidentified working fluid should not be released into the atmosphere, but must be identified, and
handled or disposed of properly.
To eliminate the working fluid it may be required an officially authorised device.
