RC-RCS defrosting heaters
These are armoured heating elements inserted in the finned pack and/or fixed to the drip tray. The heaters are supplied as standard
and wired only in ED version (version with electric defrost).
DANGER :
The optimal position of the defrosting heaters in the finned coil varies according to the RC and RCS model chosen. On RC version, the
defrosting heater in the finned coil is placed inside the tube bundle on the coil. In the diagram below you can see the recommended
position of the defrosting heaters in the finned coil of the RC version.

Rigorously follow the wiring diagrams reported above to avoid damages.
Rigorously follow the wiring diagrams reported above to avoid damages to the motor. The motors
themselves are equipped with a protective, automatic restart system. If you intend to use a system to adjust
the number of fan motor revs, make sure that it is compatible with the fan motor; incompatible systems may
generate noise and cause damages. In case of different electric fans (e.g. electronically controlled EC),
refer to the wiring diagram supplied with the machine or to the wiring diagram on the electric fan itself. If
you have any questions please contact our Technical Department.
