In case you need to install the heater on the drip tray, proceed as follows:
1.
Open the housing and remove the panels on tube side and on electrical connection side wiring as shown in Chapter 8 Figure
10
2.
Place the heater on the drip tray, holding the power cables in the direction of the junction box
3.
Put the heater locking brackets as shown in the figure. Fix the drip tray to ensure secure clamping of the heater. The number
of brackets depends on the model chosen. Proper positioning is achieved when each element protrudes equally from the
edges of the drip tray (improper positioning may result in damage to the heater and the housing)
4.
On each element of the heater is a threaded a stud bolt which will be used to ground the heater. Turn the resistance to bring
the stud bolt in horizontal position
5.
Connect the power and the grounding cables to the electrical box as shown in the circuit diagram on the model
In case you need to remove the heater from the drip tray, proceed as follows:
1.
Disconnect the power and the grounding cables of the heater from the junction box
2.
Without removing the rivets, lift the heater locking bracket above the heater enough to pull out every element of the heater
from its housing

4.3.7 Inspections before start-up
Before starting the air-cooled evaporator, make sure that:
the blockage screws are tightened;
the electrical connections have been performed properly;
there are no refrigerant leaks;
the panels are tightened;
the spaces for maintenance are sufficient.
4.4 Storage
In case it were necessary to store the
it adequately and store it in a suitable environment, one having the following characteristics:
outer surfaces resistant to atmospheric agents;
protected against access of unauthorized persons;
