7 TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The lights blink twice every 5
seconds. The nozzle water output
flow is too low.
The lights blink 3 times every 5
seconds. No signal in the presence
sensor (ToF)
The lights blink 4 times every 5
seconds. Water overheat.
The lights blink 5 times every 5
seconds. The heater seat does not
heating properly.
The lights blink 6 times every 5
seconds. Water is not heating up.
The lights blink 7 times every 5
seconds. The wash cleaning water
does not come out heat
The lights blink 8 times every 5
seconds. The dry function is not
heating up.
The lights blink 9 times every 5
seconds. The lid or seat electrical
damper damaged.
The cleaning water is not warm.
The nozzle does not move
backwards.
The drying stops or it does not work.
The temperature of the drying air is
not warm enough.
The seat moves when sitting down.
Water comes out through the nozzle
door and the function is not activated

No power to water pump.
Nozzle tip calcified.
Dirt on presence sensor

Failure in the hydraulic and/or heater

The water is adjusted to room

The engine of the nozzle has lost its

The infrared sensor has stopped
detecting the user. If the position

might stop detecting the user.
The temperature of the drying air is
set to room temperature.
The air heater is not working.
The rear brackets of the seat are not
tight enough.

SOLUTION
Descale the tip of the nozzle and reset the
product (See 5). *
Clean the presence sensor. *

Decalcify. *

Increase the temperature by means of the
remote control.
Restore the nozzle automatically.
Reset the product. (See 5). *
Sit down correctly. Reactivate the cleaning
function. *
Increase the temperature by means of the
remote control.
