Problem
The station cannot

Solution
Check whether the dust bag in the dust tank is full.
If the dust bag is not full, check whether there is any obstruction at the auto-empty vents of the robot, the base
station, or the dust box. If any, clean the blocked part in time.
Please check whether the function hatch is open. If open, please close it.
Check whether the seal on the used water tank is loose or not correctly installed, and manually reset it if so. If the
problem persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
Gently press down on the used water tank to make sure it is installed correctly.
Remove the washboard and check whether the sewage drain is blocked and clean it.
Check the cleaning solution. Do not add any liquid other than the officially-approved cleaning solution.
Please remove the mop pad holder to check if there is any foreign object stuck in it, and try to restart the robot. If
the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
Please take out the washboard, check whether there are blockages around the washboard, and clean it.
Please check whether the sealing cover of the used water tank is installed in place, as the internal sealing is
required for used water drainage.
Please check whether the used water pipes are firmly inserted.
Check whether the seal on the used water tank is loose or not correctly installed, and manually reset it if so.
Please check whether there are blockages inside the used water filter or used water pipe and clean it.
Please check whether the used water pipe is bent or pressed by heavy objects, impeding proper function; The
height of the used water outfall should be ≤ 80cm.
Please check whether the power connector is plugged in.
