WASTE DISPOSAL-DISMANTLING
11.1 DISASSEMBLING
Disassembly work can only be carried out by authorised specialised personnel. Only qualified electricians may work on the electrical
system.
1. To carry out dismantling work, switch off the device with the main switch (OFF position).
2. Disconnect the power supply.
3. Empty the oil tank. Dispose of hydraulic and operating fluids as described in chapter 11.3.
4. Remove grease and other chemicals. Dispose as described in chapter 11.3
5. Dismantling operations must be carried out in the reverse order of the assembly steps (refer to ch. 7).
11.2 STORAGE
- In the event of the lift having to be stored for long periods, disconnect the power supply, empty the tank/s containing liquids used
for machine operation and protect any parts that might be damaged by dust.
- Grease the parts that might be damaged by dryness.
- When the machine is started again, replace the seals indicated in the spare parts section.
11.3 WASTE DISPOSAL

"With the aim of informing the users on how to dispose of the product correctly (as provided in Article 26, paragraph 1 of
Legislative Decree 49/2014), please note the following:
the crossed-out wheelie bin affixed to the device indicates that the product should not be disposed of as regular waste
(together with "mixed urban waste"), but it should be managed separately in order to subject WEEE to specific operations
aimed at reusing or treating them, and remove and dispose of safely any substances that are harmful for environment and
recycle raw materials that can be reused.
Environmental procedures for disposal
Prevent environmental hazards.
Avoid contact with or inhalation of toxic substances such as hydraulic fluid.
Oils and lubricants are water pollutants within the terms of the WGH Water Resources Act. Always dispose of these in an environmentally
friendly manner in compliance with the regulations in your country.
Mineral oil-based hydraulic fluid is a water pollutant and is combustible. Please refer to the safety data sheet for disposal.
Make sure that no hydraulic fluid, lubricants or cleaning materials contaminate the soil or are disposed of in the sewage system.
Packaging
Do not dispose of with household waste! The packaging contains some recyclable materials, which must not be disposed of with
household waste.
1. Dispose of packaging materials in accordance with local regulations.
Oil, grease and other chemicals.
1. When handling oil, grease and other chemicals, comply with the environmental regulations that apply to the product in question.
2. Dispose of oil, grease and other chemicals in accordance with the environmental regulations that apply in your country.
Metals / Electronic waste
These must always be properly disposed of by a certified company.
