When carrying out maintenance
operations, set the main switch
on 0 (zero).
10.1 MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
Carry out periodic checks on the safety devices every 3 months
The lift residual life assessment is required after 10 years of operation, to be carried out by a qualified technician, preferably
authorised by the manufacturer.
• MONTHLY
Load-bearing nuts - Remove the protective curtains with the carriages 50 cm above the ground, check the nuts using the plate (1)
supplied: it must be inserted in the groove as shown in the figure; if the STOP side cannot be placed correctly, replace the nut.
• EVERY THREE MONTHS
Sliding guides - Lubricate the sliding shoe guides with grease (fig. B).
Bearings - Remove the motor covers and inject grease into the grease nipples (2).
• YEARLY
Lubrication containers - Remove the protective covers and top up the lubrication containers (3) with oil (ESSO GEAR OIL 85W-140 or
equivalent).
