Scheduled maintenance plan
MAINTENANCE
Check and, if necessary, replace damaged or illegible safety
stickers
Check condition of foot guard, wear and tear or damage, replace if
necessary
Check condition of pads, wear and tear or damage, replace if
necessary
Grease bearing screw bearing (see current caption)
Check screw condition, wear or damage, replace if necessary (see
current caption)
Check the oil level in the lubrication container and top up with oil if
necessary (see current caption)
Grease the safety counter nut with multi-purpose grease DO NOT
use solid-based grease (Molicote), such as graphite.
Lubricate the carriage sliding shoe guides with grease (free of solid
suspension)
Check the anchorage after about ten strokes at full load by
checking the tightening torque of the blocks.
Check that the belt is correctly tensioned and that it is not worn,
tension or replace if necessary.
Check screw condition, wear or damage, replace if necessary
Check condition of electric and electronic components, intact
connections and damage on terminal boards or connectors
Check for damage and abrasions on painted surfaces
sand and paint if necessary to avoid rust damages
Check for damage and cracks on weld points on column, carriage
and arms. If necessary, clean the area and restore the weld point.
Check the tightness of all retaining screws
If necessary, tighten with torque spanner
1. Clean and lubricate the pins
2. check the pin springs and replace and repair if necessary
3. check for damages on the arms and pullout stops
4. check the arm stop system, threads and wear; replace if
necessary
Check the sliding shoes and guides for damage and wear. If
necessary, replace and shim the sliding shoes, cleaning the area
and
lubricating
