 Remove the drive shaft (7) and the roller ring (6). Wipe the drive shaft (7) and the
roller ring (6) with a damp cloth.
 Reinsert the drive shaft (7), the roller ring (6) and the glass turntable (5) after cleaning
(see "9.3. Inserting the glass turntable" on page 22).
 Make sure that all parts are fully dry before using the microwave.
 Lingering odours in the microwave can be removed by placing a glass of water with
the juice and rind of a lemon into a deep container that is suitable for microwave use
and heating for 5 minutes. Then wipe the cooking area (8) thoroughly with a damp
cloth and then fully dry the surfaces.
 If you have to replace the light in the microwave, please contact a qualified specialist
workshop or our Service Centre.
14. Prolonged non-use and transport
 If you do not plan to use the microwave for a long period of time, disconnect the mains
plug (2), clean the appliance and store it in a dry, clean and dust-free place.
 To avoid damaging the product during transport, we recommend that you use the
original packaging.
15. Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance does not
start.
The cooking process does
not start.
The lighting does not
work.
Possible cause
The mains plug (2) is not
inserted properly.
The mains socket is faulty.
The microwave door (1 1) is
not closed.
The bulb is defective.
Solution
 Disconnect the mains
plug (2), wait about
10 seconds and then
plug it back into the
socket again.
 Check the mains socket
by connecting another
appliance.
 Close the microwave
door (1 1).
