Step 3 - Attach the rubber strap.
Step 4 - Plug the connector in, first to the External Battery eX1 and then to
the charging port:
If the holder position is in the Seat Tube, use the AD RA2 30º Connector.
If the holder position is in the Down Tube, use the DE RA2 90º Connector.
