Are all required accessories installed (e.g. logs, panels)?
Heat Management
Is the ven ng supported and secured?
Are all clearances to combus bles maintained?
Are the appropriate firestops and shields properly installed?
Is the terminal, level, secured and sealed?
Gas and Electrical
Was the fireplace converted to propane?
Was the appropriate supply pressure verified?
Were all gas connec ons leak tested?
Is the 120 VAC supply connec on to the fireplace compliant?
Are all electrical wires protected from damage?
Finishing
Non-combus ble materials used as per instruc ons?
Enclosure instruc ons forwarded to builder/finisher?
Minimum enclosure dimensions compliant?
Combus ble Mantel Clearances compliant?
Commissioning (By Cer fied Technician)
