5.3 The plunger extends with jerks

One or more of the seals inside the cylinder
leaks.
The connected pump does not work.
One of the joints leaks.
The system is not arranged correctly.
5.6 Oil leaks from the plunger

Possible cause
One or more of the seals inside the cylinder is
worn or damaged.
The cylinder is damaged internally.
The couplers are not connected correctly.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
Solution
Vent the cylinder. Refer to section 6.5.6.

Certified Technician.
