position adjustment depending on the rim diameter -

4 Bead guide roller
If you mostly handle oversize tyres measuring up to
22" and do not handle 8" tyres, you should adapt the
mounting/demounting tool position according to the
rim diameter.
• Loosen the mounting/demounting tool fi xing screw
1 and adjust the two threaded pins 2 relative to one
another until the mounting/demounting tool position
fi ts the rim.
Setting: The bead guide roller 4 projects about 6 -
7 mm from the rim fl ange and the plastic guard (or
steel roller) 3 makes contact with the rim fl ange.
• After adjusting, tighten the fi xing screw 1 again.

3 Air regulator
Under certain conditions you may need to adjust the
hexagonal bar vertical movement speed, e.g.: when
the mounting/demounting tool is substituted. For
this purpose, there is a special valve in the machine
pneumatic circuit.
• Remove the mounting/demounting tool guard (1).
• Loosen the air regulator lock nut (3).
• Manually tighten the regulator (3):
- the hexagonal bar will move downwards faster.
Alternatively:
• Manually loosen the regulator (3):
- the hexagonal bar will move downwards more
slowly.
• After adjusting, tighten the lock nut and refi t the
guard.
