Charger Reprogramming
Charger reprogramming requires the Communications Interface connected to a computer using a
standard USB cable. The following messages are displayed by the charger when using IMPRES 2
Battery Fleet Management System to initiate charger reprogramming.

Description
Remove batteries from the charger pockets be-
fore reprogramming.
All charger pockets are empty.
Reprogramming data is downloading. For
chargers with a display associated with each
pocket, the percentage value is the percentage
of data successfully downloaded into the pocket
associated with the display. For chargers that
have only one display (Pocket 1), the percent-
age value is the percentage of data successful-
ly downloaded into all six pockets.
Reprogramming failed in the identified pocket.
The identified charger pocket starts normal op-
erations using the previous software.
Reprogramming data download is complete.
The charging is completing the Reprogramming
process.
The Reprogramming process completed suc-
cessfully. The charger starts normal operations
using the newly downloaded software. User-de-
fined setting is preserved after charger reprog-
ramming has been completed.
