B. Move the chuck arm all the way down. Roll the
tire on the footboard and hang it onto the
mounting clamp (Fig.31).

C. Lift the chuck arm and position the mounting
roller approximately 1.5 cm ( ½") to the inside of
the rim edge and approx. 1.5 cm( ½") away from
the rim edge (Fig.32).
