Safety
Induction cooking zones and cooking areas
Do not place metal objects such as knives, forks, spoons, and
lids on the surface of the cooking hob; they may become hot.
As soon as you remove the pan from the hob, the cooking process
will stop automatically. Get into the habit of switching off the
cooking zone or hob manually to avoid unintentionally switching
on the appliance.
After use, switch off the hob element using the controls and don't
rely only on the pan detector.
Remember that if the hob is used on a high setting the heating
time will be very short. Do not leave the hob unattended if you are
using a zone in a high setting.
When the induction hob is in use, keep objects that are sensitive
to magnetic fields (credit cards, bank cards, discs, watches and
similar items) away from the hob. We advise anyone with a
pacemaker to consult their cardiologist first.
