3.3 Tips for Best Use
The 6-blade knife by Turmix is designed in such a way that each of the six
blades is optimally used due to their different positions. The food to be mixed
is chopped particularly fine and is cut evenly. No small pieces remain from
the mixed food.
Due to the special construction of the CX 750 with the patented Wave Action
System, the professional blender creates a natural wave motion through
the rotation of the cutting blade assembly. Through the suction or the cutting
blade assembly and the wave motion the all of the food to be blended is
guided from the top downward and evenly along the cutting blade assembly
and is perfectly blended. If the food to be blended is hardly moving at the
top and no suction funnel is formed, you should increase the speed. If the
suction is too great so that the blade can form an air pocket and the blade is
turning while empty, you should reduce the speed.
Rules:
First place all of the ingredients into the blender jar. Place the lid with
the removable filling cup on top and only then let the motor run.
Other ingredients such as mayonnaise can be added during operation
through the pour spout.
• The best effect is achieved when blending liquids such as smoothies,
sauces and soups. The suction effect is reduced with increasing compact-
ness or solidity of the food being blended, e.g. with mayonnaise, baby food
and vegetables. When mixing solid ingredients always begin with a little
water. More water must be added to maintain circulation. Ensure that the
cutting blade assembly is covered with at least 1 cm liquid. Fruits and
vegetables with a high juice content such as berries, oranges, lemons or
tomatoes can be processed without adding liquid.
• Show caution when processing hot foods or drinks. Hot liquid may spurt
out when the lid is removed.
• Set the blender to Off/0 if the blender stops during blending or the con-
tents stick while blending. Remove the lid and guide the mixture toward
the cutting blade assembly with a rubber spatula. Water, bouillon, milk or
cream must be added for most vegetables to maintain circulation.
• Do not use the professional blender to mash potatoes, mix stiff dough,
grind raw meat, or extract juices from fruits and vegetables.
• Do not store foods or liquids in the blender jar.
• If the lip of the lid is moist it is easier to close the jar.
