Sunburn
125 ml pineapple juice
125 ml orange juice
60 ml rum
15 ml amaretto liqueur
45 ml grenadine syrup
3 cups (750 g) ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender jar and close the lid. Blend on high speed
until smooth.
Yield: 4 servings.
Frozen Margarita
1 lime slice
Salt
125 ml lime
175 ml tequila
60 ml triple sec
2 cups (approx. 500 g) crushed ice
Rub rim of glass with lime juice then dip in salt – set aside. In assembled
blender jar, add lime juice, tequila, triple sec and ice. Blend on highest speed
until all ingredients are incorporated. Increase or decrease amount of ice
to reach desired consistency. To add ice, reduce speed removing filler cap
and gradually add ice to mixture. Pour margarita into previously prepared
glasses and serve.
Yield: 2 servings
