Rotary Speed Dial
Your professional blender offers a 2 speed range controlled by the rotary dial
which you can set with the rotary knob. The blender will operate until you
rotate the dial to Off / O (Stop). If you would like to very briefly process the
ingredients turn the dial to pulse (pulse function). As soon as you turn this
dial, the machine runs at high speed. When you release the dial, the machine
stops immediately.
