Strawberry Daiquiri
140 g frozen strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed
80 ml rum
60 ml strawberry schnapps
2 cups (approx. 500 g) ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender jar and close the lid. Blend on high speed
until smooth.
Yield: 1 serving.
Pina Colada Cocktail
40 ml dark rum
30 ml coconut milk
10 ml cream
80 ml pineapple juice
2 teaspoons (10 g) sugar
4 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to the blender jar and close the lid. Blend at the highest
speed for approx. 30 seconds.
Yield: 1 serving.
