FX 9003/9004 Goggle Assembly removal (8971021SP)
1. This should only be required when replacing the
®
FX 9003/9004 Goggle Assembly (see Fig. 13).
2. Grasp and pull the nose portion of the FX
Head Protector's plastic shell by exerting a downward
pressure (see Fig. 14).
3. When the lower portion (nose bridge) of the Goggle
Assembly has been dislodged, remove the Goggle
Assembly for complete disassembly from the FX
Helmet, Head Protector's plastic shell (see Fig. 14a).

Note: Prior to reinstalling a new FX
Helmet, Head Protector and make sure that the Goggle Assembly is installed in a FX
Protector free of any dirt.
