15.1. ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY (EMC) INFORMATION
Medical electrical equipment requires special cautions regarding electromagnetic com-
patibility (EMC). Portable and mobile radio frequency (RF) communications equipment
can aff ect devices such as the Zen-O lite™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator. As such, the
device should not be used adjacent to other equipment. If this is not practical, then ob-
serve the device to make sure it is operating properly at all times.
15.1.1. Guidance and manufacturer's declaration: electromagnetic emissions
The Zen-O lite™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator is intended for use in the electromagnetic
environment specifi ed below. The customer or the user of the concentrator should en-
sure that it is used in such an environment.

ELECTROMAGNETIC ENVIRONMENT/GUIDANCE
The Zen-O lite™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator uses
RF energy only for its internal function. Therefore, its
RF emissions are very low and are not likely to cause
any interference in nearby electronic equipment.
The concentrator is suitable for use in all establish-
ments, including domestic establishments and those
directly connected to the public low-voltage power
supply network that supplies buildings used for dome-
stic purposes.
