Operation
5.1
Power on / off

The device is switched on and off by pressing one of the operating
keys (6)�
⇒ To switch on the device, briefly press an operating key.
♦ The operating indicator (3, Fig� 1) lights up�
♦ The target laser (1, Fig� 1) lights up�
⇒ To switch off the device, press an operating key (6) for ap-
prox� 2 sec�
♦ The operating indicator (3) goes off�
♦ The target laser (1) goes out�
5.1.1
Auto Off
The device also includes an automatic shutdown feature� If the device is not used for 3 minutes, it turns
off automatically�
Pressing one of the operating keys (6) turns the unit back on�
5.2
Level controller
The level controller (10) enables safe planning of the finished
model situation�
• No collisions of the pin with the impression�
• No uneven or too high dental arches�
The stroke of the gauge tip (20) in the level controller corresponds
to a pin length of 14 mm�
To do so:
⇒ Open the rubber cover of the opening of the level controller (4)�
⇒ Insert the level controller into the opening until it is fully seated�

tem illustrated manual�
5.3
Drilling
⇒ Carry out the work steps for creating the model prior to drilling according to the enclosed AUTO spin
system illustrated manual�
⇒ Place the prepared unit (plate and impression holder with impression and plastic plate) on the drilling
table�
⇒ Align so that the target laser points on the position of the desired pin hole in the impression�
⇒ Press both operating keys (6, Fig� 1) simultaneously to initiate the drilling process�
♦ The holding magnets secure the plate holder in the desired position�
♦ The drill motor starts and drills a hole from below into the plastic plate�
♦ The drill motor returns to its start position and stops�
♦ The holding magnets release the plate holder�
Caution
Danger of drill breakage.
► When aligning the target laser, always make sure that the plate holder or metal disc of the plastic
plate do not get drilled.
► If the plastic plate is to be used several times, ensure that there is a sufficient distance to already
existing drill holes.
Regularly remove plastic chips that get stuck to the drill.
Remove loose plastic chips from the drill table.
