Remove hair and fluff from the nozzles at regular intervals.

1. Push the release knob, as shown, in the direction of the arrow and
open up the cover at the same time.
2. Pull out any hair or dirt trapped in the bristles of the nozzle.
3. Push the release knob again in the direction of the arrow and close
the cover at the same time.
causes, solutions, tips
Ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into the plug
socket.
Is the exhaust air valve in the handle open? Close it.
Has the MAX mark in the dust container been
exceeded? Empty the dust container.
Is one of the filters heavily soiled? Clean it.
Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or the suction hose
clogged? Pull out the mains plug and clear the clogging.
Check whether the dust container is correctly inserted and
closed; correct, if necessary.
A new odour is normal when the device is used for the
first time; it disappears after a while.
