GENERAL
All maintenance activities must happen at disconnected machine, pressureless
installation and hoses without pressure. Allow to cool down the cleaner
before performing maintenance activities! Checking the electric components
may happen exclusively by a technical expert. Exclusively accessories and
replacement components which have been approved by the manufacturer can
be used. Directly after the activities all securities- and protection parts must
be assembled, before the machine is put in functioning. "a golden rule" that
contributes to a perfectly working machine with few problems, is the following:
A daily control and cleaning of the machine frequently do wonders!
To be able to guarantee a perfectly working system, one has first necessary a
reliable and technical well considered machine, which is then faced secondly
at regular times with a thorough maintenance. Therefore the experience and
the "know-how" of DiBO a technical good working machine is insured and large
maintenance turns can be carried out by experienced DiBO technicians by
means of appointment or maintenance contract, we can suppose in advance
that it is satisfied to these two points. At maintenance activities on the CNG
installation it is recommended to apply preventive signaling (work in progress)
on all sides of the machine.

MAINTENANCE DIAGRAM

1 General
Check daily by means of the maintenance diagram the high pressure cleaner.
You find the maintenance diagram on the following pages. Check even all
transmission belts on good tension and possible defects. If not, then consult the
proper maintenance technicians.
PAY ATTENTION: Take care that the transmission belts are not in
movement and observe the applying safety standards! Always secure
the trailer with wheel blocks before starting any maintenance works!
Shut off the gas supply (via manual shut-off valves - "Visual
perception" on page 17 ) if service work activities are
required by a licensed technician! The gas system must be
restarted again at occuring of damages or leakages. The
defects must be rectified by a competent person duly
authorized at working with high pressure gas systems.
When working on systems under pressure, always take precautions
against frostbite or allow the machine to cool down sufficiently!
