in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Filling of oil
Remove the filling cap on the top of the engine. Fill the crankcase with oil
(oil type: see "6 Maintenance CNG engine general" on page 39 ).
Check the oil level against the mark on the oil dipstick. Refit the filling cap (5).

Replace engine coolant
You can find the coolant reservoir on top of the engine (see photo - 6) (to
fill). Below, you can find a tap (4) to drain the coolant from the engine (block).
Recommended coolant: 1.836.075. Content coolant circuit/engine block: 4.5 Ltr.
Replace the coolant of the engine if necessary (certainly every year) if possible
or refill the coolant circuit.

Air filter engine
The air filter is mounted to the gas engine above the HP- pump. A vacuum
detector is mounted on the back side of this filter and gives a signal when the
air filter is polluted. At pollution an indication arises at the control panel.
After arising of the message, the air filter must be cleaned or replaced as
soon as possible. It's also recommended to check or replace the air filter as
described at the maintenance diagram ( "2 Periodic maintenance" on page
38 ) and the motor specifications. At switching on of the machine the filter
state is checked automatically and the indication extinguish as soon as the filter
is cleaned or replaced.

• CNG engine: 1.836.055
• Pump: 1.836.042
• Reduction gearbox: 1.836.015
• Coolant engine: 1.836.075

Maintenance trailer
Lubricate or oil all sliding or jointed parts of the overrun device every 12 months
(see photo). Check regularly for dirt, corrosion or damages. Check regularly the
ball clutch on good operation, potential cleaning and greasing. Check after the
first time the wheel bolts of the trailer and, if necessary, fasten the wheel bolts.
Follow the good torque moments (see also "Technical data" on page 48 ).
Repeat this always when a wheel is loosened, for example if a tyre is changed
(tighten wheel bolts crosswise). White rust on hot-dip galvanized vehicle parts
does not affect safety and can be reduced by means of the following measures:
• Ensure good ventilation when parking or storing hot-dip galvanized parts.
• After winter operation, wash the hot-dip galvanized surfaces with clean water.

Maintenance heat exchanger
Check the heat exchanger regularly on scaling. At lime deposits, the tubes of
the heat exchanger need to be cleaned by means of descaling product. After
that, rinsing the heat exchanger thoroughly with (hot) water is recommended!
To clean the heat exchanger thoroughly, you can possibly rely on our service
technicians.
