Gas burner
Check if the burner opening is clear of pollution. Checks circuit and connections
on leaks and external damages.
All maintenance or service activities may only been
carried out by a recognized service technician. Do not
manipulate the gas components as an end user!
Ignition transformer burner:
It is important that on the ignition transformer a load is connected.
The switching on of the ignition transformer without the ignition pins are
connected, are not permitted. We recommend during maintenance activities
certainly checking the connections of the ignition cables and for the case the
burner would not work, certainly don't let run the burner.
Working activities to the ignition transformer can/may be done only
when no gas supply is possible! Always ensure sufficient ventilation!
9
Water tank
Check the water tank on external damages and leaks.
Check when the tank is filling if the float system works properly.
10
Engine
Check the engine for loose parts, leaks. Check the oil level with the oil dipstick.
When the oil level has decreased too much, or contamination of the oil is found,
this must be replaced before continuing the works. Check that the intake
opening is not blocked. Check the filter on extreme contamination and clean /
replace it if necessary. Check the filter for contamination and clean / replace it if
necessary.

CNG tanks
Check on damages, corrosion or leaks (visual detection & odor detection) & let
replace/repair the tank at negative remarks/observations. If damaged or at any
leaks they must be replaced immediately by an authorized installer.
Check the quick release swivel bolt band clamps for tightness with desired
tightening torque; 30 Nm. Check between tank and brackets for the presence
of the insulating material (rubber).
Check on the presence of the shielding (necessary for keeping the filling
connection clean and preventing dirt in the system) of the filling connection.
Also check that the burst disc of the electromechanical valve is provided
with the plastic seal (see photo). If not present: valve must be replaced by a
recognized installer! A thorough (re)check of the gas module is also required if
the following situations occur, for example:
• Gas air
• Unexplained pressure loss in the gas system
• Indications of loose parts and unusual noises
• Exceeding the permitted operating pressure
• Serious modifications to the gas system
• Dismantling or relocation of the gas module
12
Battery
Check the battery on good connections / possible wear and whether the battery
needs to be recharged. If the idling battery voltage drops below: 12.6 V (or if
stored / not used during 6 months), this must be recharged. This can happen by
means of a trickle charger, standard charger or workhouse charger. Reloading
need to be done by a qualified technician.
Caution: Ventilate sufficiently when reloading battery.
Ensure that the gas tanks are empty before recharging!
Avoid risk of sparks (no smoking). Ensure a good electrical
connection of the charger with the battery!
