Avoid damage during unloading
and handling; this is possible by
lifting the pack as indicated in the
Manual. DO NOT PUSH OR PULL
the electric vibrator!
Bear in mind that it is mechani-
cal/electrical material and must
be handled carefully.
For anchoring during transport,
fix the electric vibrator package
firmly to the vehicle bed to pre-
vent movement or impact which
can damage parts; no parts must
be left loose on the vehicle bed
as they can be damaged by im-
pact.
On receiving the goods, check
to make sure the type and quan-
tity correspond to the data in the
order confirmation.
Damage,
if
any,
must
immediately notified in writing in
the
space
provided
in
waybill. The driver of the vehicle
is
obliged
to
accept
complaint and leave the client a
copy.
If the supply is ex-destination,
the Customer must send the
complaint to the manufacturer, or
directly to the haulage contrac-
tor.
No claims for damages will be
accepted unless received imme-
diately on receipt of the goods.
It shall be the installer's respon-
sibility to dispose off the pack-
aging according to the legisla-
tion applicable in the matter.

Wenn Sie die Schäden nicht
sofort bei der Ankunft der Ware
reklamieren, könnte Ihre Anfra-
ge sonst später nicht mehr an-
genommen werden.
Der Installateur hat für das Ent-
sorgen
der
Verpackungen
sorgen, und zwar in Überein-
stimmung mit den geltenden Ge-
setzen.

Les dégâts éventuels doivent
être immédiatement mentionnés
par écrit dans l'espace prévu
sur la lettre de voiture. Le chauf-
feur a l'obligation d'accepter cette
réclamation et de vous en lais-
ser une copie.
Si la fourniture est franco desti-
nation, adressez votre réclama-
tion au producteur, sinon direc-
tement au transporteur.
Si vous ne faites pas immédiate-
ment la demande tout de suite
après l'arrivée de la marchandi-
se, votre demande pourrait ne
pas être acceptée.
L'installateur a l'obligation d'éli-
miner les emballages conformé-
ment aux lois en vigueur en la
matière.

CONTROLLI PRIMA DELLA
SPEDIZIONE
Evitate ogni tipo di danneggia-
mento durante lo scarico e le
movimentazioni; a tale scopo
sollevare l'imballo come indicato
nel seguente manuale. NON
SPINGERE NÈ TRASCINARE il
motovibratore elettrico! Tenete
conto che si tratta di materiale
meccanico/elettrico
che
deve
essere movimentato con cura.
Come modalità di ancoraggio du-
rante il trasporto, l'imballo del
motovibratore deve essere sal-
damente ancorato al pianale del
mezzo per evitare movimenti e
urti che potrebbero lesionare al-
cune parti; inoltre non devono
essere presenti sul pianale corpi
liberi che con urti potrebbero
danneggiarle.
Al ricevimento della merce con-
trollare se la tipologia e la quanti-
tà corrispondono con i dati della
conferma d'ordine.
Eventuali danni devono essere
fatti presenti immediatamente per
iscritto nell'apposito spazio della
lettera di vettura. L'autista è ob-
bligato ad accettare tale recla-
mo e lasciarne una copia a Voi.
Se la fornitura è franco destino,
inviate il Vs. reclamo al produt-
tore, altrimenti direttamente allo
spedizioniere.
Se non richiederete i danni im-
mediatamente
all'arrivo
della
merce, la vostra richiesta po-
trebbe non essere accolta.
Deve essere cura dell'installato-
re smaltire gli imballi in modo ade-
guato secondo le leggi vigenti in
materia.
