Pumpenkopf
In der Regel wird die BVP-Z Standard
Zahnradpumpe als komplette Einheit
geliefert, bestehend aus: Antrieb und
1. Antriebsmagnet Werkseitig montiert
und sofernbestellt:
2. Pumpenkopf Micropump
3. Schlauchnippel (2 Stk.)
Für die BVP-Z Standard sind
unterschiedliche Pumpenköpfe
mit Zahnrädern aus PTFE, PPS
a
oder Graphit erhältlich.

Achten Sie immer darauf, den
für Ihren Pumpenkopf richtigen
Magneten einzu-setzen.

Für die Montage brauchen
Sie folgende Werkzeuge:

Inbusschlüssel 3/32" für
Antriebsmagnet
X
X
Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher (Gr.0)
Alle Schrauben von der Befe-
stigungshülse (a) am Antrieb entfernen.
(Zum Antrieb erhalten Sie stan-
dardmäßig zwei zusätzliche,
lange Schrauben für die Befestigung
{oben und unten} der großen
Pumpenköpfe, Serie 200).
Pump-head
In general, the BVP-Z Standard gear pump
is supplied as a complete unit, consisting
of: the BVP-Z Standard drive and
1. driving magnet
and as ordered:
2. pump-head Micropump
®
3. tubing adapters (2 pcs.)
For the BVP-Z Standard, a wide range of
different gear pump-heads with PTFE,
PPS or graphite gears are available.
You find an overview chart of the
pump-heads available on Pages 18/19.

Before mounting a new pump-
head, make sure that the correct
magnet is fitted to the drive.
Mounting the pump-head

The following tools are required
for mounting a pump-head:

Allen key 3/32"
X
X
Phillips screwdriver (Size 0)
Remove all screws from the
fixing case (a) of the drive.
(Together with the drive, two long
screws are also supplied for fastening
the large pump-heads of Series 200
at the top and the bottom of the
pump-head face).
Tête de pompe
En règle générale la pompe à
engrenages BVP-Z Standard est
livrée sous forme d'unité complète,
comprenant le moteur et

et selon commande:

2. têtes de pompe Micropump
3. raccords (2 pces.)
Des têtes de pompe différentes avec des
engrenages en PTFE, PPS ou en graphite
sont disponibles pour l' BVP-Z Standard.
Vous trouverez à la Page 18/19 un aperçu
des têtes de pompe disponibles.

Veillez à toujours utiliser l'aimant
qui correspond à votre tête de pompe.
Montage de la tête de pompe

Pour le montage, vous avez
besoin des outils suivants:

une clé Inbus 3/32"
X
X
un tournevis cruciforme (taille 0)
Extraire toutes les vis du boîtier
de fixation (a) sur le moteur.
(En plus du moteur, vous recevez de
série deux longues vis supplémentaires
pour la fixation {en haut et en bas} des
grandes têtes de pompe, Serie 200).
