7 TRAINING WITH LAPS

7.3.1 ACTIVATING THE LAP VIEW MODE

Prerequisite: Your heart rate monitor must be in
training mode.
Hold down the LAP button. The display will flash twice
to indicate that the lap view mode is now active.
