4. USING THE COMPUTER

Button functions:
UP/DOWN • Press the UP/DOWN button to increase/decrease values during
setting.
ENTER • Press the ENTER button to confirm the setting.
START/STOP • Press the START/STOP button to start/stop the selected training
program.
RESET • Press the RESET button to reset all product settings.
RECOVERY • Press the RECOVERY button to start the RECOVERY program.
The program automatically evaluates your fitness level directly after
training.
