Water level resistance
• The resistance depends on the water level in the tank. Level 1 is the lowest
resistance level. Level 6 is the highest resistance level.
• The water level indicator is on the side of the tank (see Fig. A). The maximum fill
level is 6. Do not fill past this limit. If the tank is filled past this limit, the warranty is
void.

Assisted return
• There are three hooks (A, B, C) for the bungee rope (39) located inside the frame
below the water tank. If you hang the bungee rope on hook B or C, the assisted
return of the mesh belt is increased. Hook C is the quickest return.
• Exercise caution when setting the bungee rope.
